TERMS OF SERVICES
Refunds Conditions:
Unlike other Digital Marketing Agencies, Webavidity also issues refunds to its customers who are not satisfied with our services for which we are sure will not happen with our professional production team.
Refund policy of Webavidity will be nil if:
- If the Initial Design Concepts are approved by the clients and revision processed has started.
- If the client has chosen a special discounted package.
- You work for our client and/or vendor, or someone who uses services and/or products that have been developed by us.
- If the clients want the refund due to a reason that is not related to Webavidity.
- If the client is unresponsive or not contacted Webavidity from 12 Working days.
- If Companies policies are voilcated.
- If the brief form is lacking required information.
- If the claim has crossed the “refund request” time span.
- If the Final Files are delivered by the Sales Representative/Project Managers of Webavidity.
- If the business is closing or there is a disagreement with the partners of the company.
